Shipping & Delivery
- Meg Acuna pieces are made to order. Estimated fulfillment is 4-6 weeks from order to delivery. You will receive updates as your order moves through production and shipping.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout before payment based on your address and the available shipping method.
- You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You will also receive email updates from Terra as the order moves through production and fulfillment.
- Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout. If a destination cannot be supported, checkout will stop before payment.
Returns & Service
- Cancellation is only possible before an order enters production. Contact support@useterra.com with your order number as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days only for unused items in acceptable, resellable condition.
- Torn, applied, removed, or customer-damaged decals are not refundable or returnable.
- Items damaged in transit can be remade or refunded at no cost. Please contact support@useterra.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
- Email support@useterra.com with your order number. The support team typically responds within 24 hours during business days.
- Terra is the operational partner that handles checkout, production coordination, shipping, support, and logistics for Cozy Hobby Life orders.
Care & Warranty
- Manufacturer defects are covered by a 6-month warranty. Customer-damaged items are not covered.
