Meg Acuna pieces are made to order. Estimated fulfillment is 4-6 weeks from order to delivery. You will receive updates as your order moves through production and shipping.

Shipping is calculated at checkout before payment based on your address and the available shipping method.

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You will also receive email updates from Terra as the order moves through production and fulfillment.

Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout. If a destination cannot be supported, checkout will stop before payment.

Cancellation is only possible before an order enters production. Contact support@useterra.com with your order number as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.

Returns are accepted within 30 days only for unused items in acceptable, resellable condition.

Torn, applied, removed, or customer-damaged decals are not refundable or returnable.

Items damaged in transit can be remade or refunded at no cost. Please contact support@useterra.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

Manufacturer defects are covered by a 6-month warranty. Customer-damaged items are not covered.
